How our serviced storage works
Our storage is a three-stage service, and we run all three:
- Collection. We collect from anywhere in Essex and Suffolk. Our crew wraps and protects your furniture and belongings and loads them, so nothing has to be carted to a unit by you.
- Storage. Everything is stored in sealed timber containers at our Colchester or Chelmsford site. Once your container is filled and sealed, it is not opened again until redelivery, which keeps handling to a minimum.
- Redelivery. When you are ready, we bring everything back and place it where you want it. Redelivery timing is agreed with you and confirmed in your quote.
One team throughout means one point of contact, one set of paperwork, and no third-party storage firm in the middle.
Furniture storage across East Anglia
Containerised storage is well suited to furniture. Pieces are wrapped, loaded and stored inside sealed containers, off the floor and away from day-to-day handling, so sofas, wardrobes, tables and bed frames are protected for the whole time they are with us. Removals and storage in Suffolk
Because we are movers first, storage and removals run as one service. If you are moving within Suffolk, into Essex, or further afield, we can pack, move and store on a single job, then redeliver from storage when your new property is ready. Security and terms
Your belongings are stored in sealed containers within our secured Colchester and Chelmsford facilities. The specific security arrangements, access terms, insurance cover and minimum storage period are set out in your written quote and storage agreement, so you have them in writing before anything is collected. We do not quote a storage price blind: it depends on the volume you need stored and how long for, so we confirm the figure after we know what is going into storage.
