How your move works
- Free survey. We visit or video-call to see what needs moving, check access at both ends, and agree the scope. This is where accurate quotes come from.
- Clear quote. You receive a written, no-obligation quote that sets out crew size, vehicle, packing, and any storage, so there are no surprises later.
- Packing options. Choose full packing, partial packing where we handle fragile and awkward items while you do the rest, or self-packing. We can drop materials off before the day.
- Move day. The crew arrives on time, protects floors and furniture, loads in a planned order, and unloads room by room at your new address.
- Storage and aftercare if needed. If completion slips or the new place is not ready, your belongings go into storage and are delivered once you are set.
What a move costs
We do not publish fixed prices because no two moves are the same, and an honest quote only comes from seeing the job. The main things that move the price are volume, access at both ends, stairs and floors, distance, packing level, storage duration, and timing. Month-end, Fridays, and peak summer dates are in higher demand.

Delays in a chain are common, so we plan for them and do not charge waiting fees. If keys are late, we can hold your belongings safely, including overnight in storage, and deliver once you get the go-ahead.
Yes. We work around completion dates and can often do weekend moves, though popular dates book up quickly. Tell us your target date early and we will hold it where we can.
Two to four weeks usually gives the best choice of dates. Month-end, Fridays, and summer fill first, so book early if you can. We will still do our best to help with shorter notice.
Our trained, uniformed crews wrap glass, ceramics, artwork, antiques, and pianos individually, then box and secure them. Heavy or awkward items are dismantled and padded, and we lay floor and doorway protection at both properties.
