Yes. When we pack for you, cartons and protective materials are included, so you are not buying boxes separately. If you would rather pack yourself, we can drop materials off beforehand.
Yes. Our uniformed crews are trained to handle pianos, antiques, artwork, and other high-value or fragile items, wrapping and securing each one individually rather than treating it like a standard box.
Yes. The team dismantles beds, wardrobes, and larger furniture at your old home and rebuilds them at the new one, so you are not left with flat-pack on move day.
Yes. Your goods are covered by our insurance, up to £100,000, while they are in our care. Tell us about any high-value items at the survey so we can confirm the cover is right and pack them correctly.
Yes. Our overseas service manages packing, customs paperwork, and transport end to end, so a move abroad is planned with the same care as a local Essex or Suffolk move.
Yes. We offer short and long-term storage, so your belongings can go straight into store after packing and be delivered when your new home is ready. This also helps if you are downsizing or renovating.
No. Delays in a chain are common, so we plan for them and do not add waiting charges. If keys are late, we can hold your belongings safely, including overnight, and deliver once you get the go-ahead.
Two to four weeks usually gives the best choice of dates. Month-end, Fridays, and summer fill first, so book early if you can. We will still do our best to help with shorter notice.
